18 U.S.C. § 2257 Record-Keeping Requirements Compliance Statement

This page sets out StreamSeduce's position regarding the record-keeping requirements imposed by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75. These regulations require producers of sexually explicit content to maintain age-verification records of every performer in that content.

StreamSeduce is not a content producer

StreamSeduce is a directory and discovery site. We do not produce, host, or transmit any sexually explicit visual depictions. The thumbnails, model profiles, and live streams visible on or via StreamSeduce are produced and hosted by third-party cam platforms — primarily Chaturbate.com — and surfaced on StreamSeduce via their official affiliate APIs.

Under 28 C.F.R. § 75.1(c)(4), StreamSeduce qualifies as an "activity which does not include the actual filming, recording, photographing, or other production process of visual depictions" and is therefore exempt from the record-keeping requirements that apply to producers.

Where the actual records are held

Each upstream cam platform StreamSeduce links to is itself the primary records-keeper for the performers it hosts. Those platforms require government-issued age verification before any performer is allowed to broadcast, and they maintain the original 2257 records.

Age verification

Every performer surfaced on StreamSeduce has been age-verified by the upstream platform that hosts their stream. We do not surface any model who has not completed that verification process. Models confirmed by upstream platforms as 18 years of age or older at the time of their broadcast.

Content concerns and removal requests

If you believe any content surfaced on StreamSeduce involves an underage performer, an unwilling participant, or any other illegal content, please report it immediately via our DMCA / content removal form with the subject "URGENT — 2257 concern." We review such reports as a top priority and will remove the listing while we coordinate with the upstream platform on verification.

Reports of non-consensual content, child sexual abuse material, or trafficking should also be reported directly to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children at CyberTipline.org and to law enforcement.

Performer removal requests

If you are a performer who would like your stream and profile removed from StreamSeduce listings, please submit a request via our contact formwith the subject "Performer removal." We process performer removal requests within 24 hours and require no documentation beyond confirming the username.
