1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using StreamSeduce, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Age restriction

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to access StreamSeduce. By using the site, you affirm that you are of legal age. Access by minors is prohibited.

StreamSeduce contains adult content intended for adult audiences only. We use SafeSearch declaration tags (RTA-5042) so parental control software can filter the site appropriately.

3. Description of service

StreamSeduce is a free live cam directory. We curate and surface live webcam streams hosted on third-party platforms; we do not host the streams or content ourselves. Clicking a model card may redirect you to a third-party platform where the actual stream is hosted.

4. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to use StreamSeduce to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to access non-public areas of the site or its underlying infrastructure
• Scrape, crawl, or mass-download content beyond what robots.txt permits
• Impersonate any person or entity, including a StreamSeduce employee
• Interfere with or disrupt the site, the underlying platforms it links to, or other users
• Re-publish StreamSeduce content (including editorial copy, FAQs, and category descriptions) without permission

5. Third-party content and links

The live streams, model profiles, and thumbnails you see on StreamSeduce are operated and owned by third-party adult cam platforms. We surface them via official affiliate APIs but do not control the content. Your interactions with those platforms — including any payments, private shows, or account registrations — are governed by their respective terms and privacy policies, not ours.

6. Intellectual property

The StreamSeduce site design, editorial copy (category descriptions, FAQs, blog posts, guides), site code, branding, and logo are the property of StreamSeduce or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any of this content without prior written permission.

Model thumbnails, names, and stream metadata are the property of the respective performers and their hosting platforms.

7. DMCA and content removal

If you believe content on StreamSeduce infringes your copyright, file a DMCA notice via our DMCA form. We review every submission within 48 hours and act on valid claims.

If you are a performer who would like your stream removed from our listings, file a request via the same form with the subject "Performer removal".

8. Disclaimers

StreamSeduce is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranty that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. The live cam data is provided by third-party platforms whose availability and accuracy we cannot guarantee.

We are not responsible for any interactions, transactions, or relationships between you and third-party cam platforms or their performers.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StreamSeduce and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (which, for free users, is zero).

10. Changes

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the site operator is incorporated. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
