Privacy Policy

Summary

We don't require an account to use StreamSeduce. We collect minimal technical data (request logs, anonymized analytics) to operate the site, and we don't sell personal data to third parties. We do use affiliate links — clicking through to a model on the upstream platform attaches a referral identifier to your visit on that platform, governed by their privacy policy.

What we collect

• Request logs — IP address, user-agent, requested URL, timestamp. Kept for up to 30 days for abuse detection and infrastructure debugging.
• Anonymized analytics — page views, country-level location (derived from IP), device type. We do not link analytics to any identifier that could re-identify a visitor.
• DMCA form submissions — when you submit a DMCA notice, we store the form data (name, email, URL, description) so we can act on it. See our DMCA page.

What we do NOT collect

• We do not require account creation to view content
• We do not run third-party advertising trackers
• We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information
• We do not store credit-card information (we're not a payment processor)

Cookies and local storage

We use a small set of strictly-necessary cookies and local-storage items for site functionality (theme preference, "recently viewed" list, age-verification confirmation). We do not set advertising cookies. Affiliate platforms (e.g. Chaturbate) may set their own cookies when you click through to watch a stream — those are governed by their privacy policies.

Affiliate links and tracking

When you click a "Watch Live" CTA, you're redirected to the upstream cam platform. The referring URL includes a campaign identifier so the platform knows the referral came from StreamSeduce. That identifier is not personally identifiable — it just attributes the click to our site. The upstream platform's privacy policy governs any data they collect from you once you're on their site.

GDPR and CCPA rights

If you're in the EU/EEA or California, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you. Because we collect very little to begin with, in most cases the only data we have about a visitor is request logs that auto-expire after 30 days. To exercise your rights, file a request via our contact formwith the subject "GDPR request" or "CCPA request."

Children

StreamSeduce is for adults only. We do not knowingly collect any information from anyone under 18. If we discover that a person under 18 has provided us with information, we delete it immediately. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of the page. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
